Basant Kumar Goswami (Chairman)

Mr. B K Goswami is a renowned Tourism Consultant, and was instrumental in formulating the National Tourism Policy. He is also the architect of several innovative schemes in tourism. He is the former Secretary and Director General of Tourism, Government of India.







Mr. E.M. Najeeb (Vice Chairman and Travel & Tourism Expert)

Mr. E M Najeeb is one of the most successful entrepreneurs and eminent professionals in the travel and tourism industry in Kerala. His ability to mould the Airtravel Enterprises Group into a flourishing business conglomerate speaks volumes of his vision, strategic planning and determination.

He is the Chairman of ATE Group of companies consisting of companies that handle a range of business from Air Travel, Cargo movement, Tourism, Tourism Transport, Tourism Publication, Advertising, Real Estate, Event Management, Consultancy Services ,Health Care Management to Information Technology, Consultancy, Event Management , Human Resource Consultancy to Construction. He is a graduate in English Literature from Kerala University , a post graduate diploma in Journalism from Bhavan’s and a MBA from New Port University , USA.


Dr. M.I Sahadulla M.D, F.R.C.P, M.B.A (Chairman & Managing Director : KIMS, Director : ATE Group of Companies & Medical Tourism Expert)

Dr. M.I Sahadulla is a post-graduate in General Medicine from Trivandrum Medical College and also a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians, Ireland. He has over 25 years of experience and international exposure in the field of Healthcare Management and Internal Medicine. He is now working as the CMD of KIMS hospital, Kerala. Under his leadership KIMS hospital has pioneered in the field of Medical Tourism





Mr B. Iqbal (Director : ATE Group of Companies & Investment Expert)

Mr Iqbal has ben working in the travel industry for over two decades. He worked at the International airport Saudi. He is now working as Chief Coordinator Support Services at KIMS hospital. He is the director of Air Travel Enterprises India Ltd, KIMS Health Care Management Ltd , Reflections advertising and Marketing etc.






Rajan Thomas Verghese (Director & Tourism Marketing Expert)

Mr. Rajan Thomas Verghese has experience of over 25 years in the Travel and Tourism industry and specialises in Tourism Management. He qualified in Tourism Management from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Gwalior. He was instrumental in tailoring innovative Tourism Products and their Marketing in Kerala.






U.V Jose (Chief Operating Officer & Tourism Planning Expert)

Sri. U V Jose is a Civil Engineer with MBA and a Masters Degree in Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and has done the Executive Development Institute in Tourism (EDIT) course at University of Hawaii, USA. He has over 12 years of experience in tourism planning and development and has led the Planning and Development Division of Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala, India. Through innovative development strategies he was instrumental in positioning Kerala as the leading tourist destination in the country and the most sought after destination of South Asia. He specializes in master planning, project conceptualization, project formulation and project management. He has successfully implemented the concept of Rural Tourism and introduced the Responsible Tourism initiatives in Kerala.


V. Dandapani (Aviation Expert)

Mr Dandapani is a prominent personality in the Travel and Tourism industry with more than 30 years of experience. He is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer of Air Travel Enterprises India Ltd and is also as the Director and COO of Great India Tour Company. Mr Dandapani has worked as the CEO of Carlson Wagonlit based in New Delhi and as Head of Travel Management at Thomas Cook India.





K.V Rajagopal (Finance Consultant)

K.V.Rajagopal has over 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audits and Tax compliance matters of the ATE Group. During his tenure, the company has gone for a public issue, and he is the Management Representative & de facto Lead Auditor for the ISO 9001 certification exercise of the ATE Group of companies.






G. Krishna Kumar (Finance Consultant)

He is a Charted Accountant, has a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and is a graduate in Law & Mathematics. He has several years of experience in project analysis and was in charge of the Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) project implementation and system development for accounting. He is in charge of projects & investments of ATE Group throughout India.





Zaheer E.N (Technology & Branding Consultant)

Mr Zaheer has a masters in Business Administration with dual specialization in Marketing and Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management studies. He is also a Bachelor of Technology graduate, specializing in IT. He is the Director-Corporate Strategy, looking after Branding activities of ATE Group of Companies.






M.M Salim (Hospitality Consultant)

Mr. Salim is a postgraduate in Sociology and has qualified Airline marketing and Professional selling skills from IATA. He is now working as the General Manager, Hospitality division of Air Travel Enterprises Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in hotel industry in various capacities.






Cdr Arun Patil (Chief Consultant . Adventure & Water Sports)

Cdr Arun Patil has served the Indian Navy (Naval Aviation) for 21 years, after which he served as the Director, National Institute of Water-sports from 1989 to 2005. He is the co-founder of Goa based scuba diving company .Divegoa.. He took his BE( Mech) from Jabalpur University and ME in Aerospace from IISc, Bangalore. During his service, he has conducted several consultancy reports and training programmes for water sports and related activities for several Indian states and Union Territories and is considered as an authority for Water Sports Activities in the Country.




Dinesh Bhaskar (Hospitality Expert)

Dinesh Bhaskar has over 20 years of varied experience within the service industry and is well known internationally for his in-depth knowledge of the International Tourism trade with special focus on the Luxury segment. He has also performed effectively in various International Corporates like American Express, Emirates Airlines, Indian Hotels and being a highly respected Marketing person within the thriving Maldives Tourism Industry.





Benny Kuriakose (Conservation Expert)

Benny started his career in 1984 and received the basic lessons in architecture under the tutelage of Laurie Baker. Recipient of The Charles Wallace India Trust Award in 1986, he did MA in Conservation Studies from University of York, UK. After the earthquake in Lattur he was commissioned by the Malayala Manorama to design the rebuilding of Banegaon village. He is the designer for the Kerala buildings and the public buildings in Dakshinachitra on the East Coast Road to Mahabalipuram.




G. Chandramohan (Tourism and Management Expert)

Mr. Chandramohan was a researcher and a management consultant at the National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC), Trivandrum for 25 years. He also served as the Director of Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies (KITTS) for three years. He started his career as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was a Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Management in Kerala and TKM Institute of Management. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, M.A in Economics, M. Sc. in Statistics and B.Sc. in Mathematics. He also did an Intensive Course on Programming & Application of Electronic Computers from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta.


Prasanthkumar Nellickal (Social Development Expert)

Mr. Prasanth is a research scholar in Social Work. He has principal competence in international aid and project management with emphasis on Social and Community Development. Experience in Diagnosis of Social needs and Strategic Intervention Planning, alongside a high level knowledge of Project Cycle Management, Social Impact Assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Appraisal and Grants Management. He is also an expert in implementation of Responsible Tourism initiative at the grass root level.




Roy I. Varghese (Finance Expert)

Roy I. Varghese is the senior partner, Roy Varghese & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the Indian member firm of JHI international network of accounting firms. He is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Currently he is entrusted by JHI in preparing the worldwide database for Doing Business in various countries. He is advisor / board member of multinational corporations operating in India.




Dr. Anwar (Ayurveda Consultant))

Rank holder in BAMS MD from the Centre of Excellence Government Ayurveda College, Kerala, with specialization in Neurology. In the year 2004 he established Punarnava Ayurveda Hospital Pvt. The Continuing Ayurveda Awareness Program launched by Punarnava Ayurveda Hospital has now become a Global Mission in promoting the health of Mind Body Spirit concept of Ayurveda.





Dr. Rajan (Social Development Consultant)

Dr Rajan is a PhD holder in economics with 28 years of experience as an economist in RBI and NABARD. He worked as a chief consultant in NABCONS, a subsidiary of NABARD. His expertise include Tourism Destination management, Entrepreneurial and Infrastructure Development, Micro Enterprise and Micro credit DevelopmentRural Industrialization Programme etc. He played a major role in developing 8 Tourist destinations in Kerala.





Prof. P. Vijayachandran (Hospitality Consultant)

Prof Vijayachandran FIE is a prominent personality in the field of Tourism. He is a senior Tourism consultant and is working as the Director of School of Management in Hospitality at Marian College Kuttikanam. He was the former Managing Director with KTDC, Travancore Cements Ltd and ODEPC, Government of Kerala.






Prof. (Dr) K. Ravi (Sustainable Development Consultant)

Prof (Dr) K.Ravi, a PhD in sustainable development was former CFTC (Commonwealth Fund for Technical Collaboration) Expert/ Consultant on Environmental Economic Policy and Sustainable Development. An internationally known academician and researcher, Prof. Ravi was Sustainable Development Advisor to Government of Kerala and Chief Minister of Kerala. He was Professor of Environmental Planning and Sustainable Development in the School of Planning and Architecture (CEPT) Ahmedabad, India. He was instrumental in initiating Sustainable Tourism Development Programme in India and abroad (including Dune’s River Fall Project in Jamaica.

 

Muhammed Nahar  (Tourism Development Planner )

Muhammed Nahar has got his expertise in the field of ecotourism/sustainable tourism. A post graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru  University , New Delhi and later a post master’s diploma in Natural Resources Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, he has been in the sustainable tourism industry for more than 5 years. Initially with Madhya Pradesh Ecotourism Development Board and later at Jungle Lodges and Resorts in Karnataka, he has acquired hands on experience in the preparation of ecotourism based plans and programs, development of ecotourism based businesses, operationalising ecolodges and nature resorts etc. He works with GITPAC as a Tourism Development Planner..




Mr Krishnamoorthy (Aviation Consultant)

Mr Krishnamoorthy is the former Advisor to Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Government of India . He is an authority on Civil Aviation consultancy and has thorough knowledge on tourism, especially on the financing aspects


G. Shankar (Architect Consultant)

G. Shankar is the founder and chief architect of Habitat Technology Group. Architect Shankar’s concept of green architecture has brought about a much-required qualitative change to the shelter sector in Kerala, India. Shankar’s concept of Green Architecture gained statewide popularity and buildings, which epitomized this architect’s creativity, began to dot Kerala’s landscape. Shankar, who draws inspiration from architect Laurie Baker, took up the mission to involve the people in every step of the building process.




Mr. K. Thomas Jacob (FCA, DISA, Finance Consultant)

Mr. Thomas Jacob is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He founded M/s Thomas Jacob and Co., a firm of practicing Chartered Accountants and is a Senior Partner of the Firm. He has rich experience in Management Consultancy, Project structuring ,Statutory and Internal Audits, Tax Consultation etc. He is a consultant to the Government of Kerala for several ADB and World Bank assisted Projects.


Kuruvila Samuel

Mr. Kuruvila is a leading hotel consultant in Kerala with rich experience in the hospitality industry. His areas of specialization includes Hospitality project consultancy, Hotel and Resort Marketing.


Swapna Mohan

Ms. Swapna has more than 4 years of experience in Project coordination, Training and Management of which 2.5 years in development sector. Swapna started her career as Project Trainee in Alappuzha Area Development Project of World Vision India, an International NGO later she worked with Modernizing Government Programme, Kerala Government funded by Asian Development Bank. Currently Swapna is working with GITPAC International. Her areas of interest include Coordination, Training and Social development. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work& a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.



Vijayakumar S

Mr. Vijayakumar is a PG Diploma holder in Tourism and Travel Management from KITTS, Trivandrum.He started his career as Executive- Administration and Marketing in District Tourism Promotion Council, Kollam and later he worked as Secretary in DTPC Kollam and Palakkad. His areas of interest include Rural Tourism, Tourism Training etc. Currently Mr. Vijayakumar is working with GITPAC International.






Sandeep Kumar C B

Mr Sandeep holds a Masters in Business Administration from CET Trivandrum with specialization in Systems & Marketing. He is currently working with Green gateway Leisure Ltd, hospitality arm of ATE Group of company as Business Analyst. His area of interest includes Market Research, System Analysis and Research methodology.






Balu M Nair

Mr Balu is currently working with Green gateway Leisure Ltd, hospitality arm of ATE Group of company as project executive. He holds a bachelors degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University and is currently pursuing his MBA. His area of interest includes Hotel operations and management.






Sonia Jose

Ms. Sonia Jose is a postgraduate in Environmental Technology from CUSAT, with experience in Research, Content Development, and Editorial functions, Education & Training, Media and Management. She has been working as Research fellow at Centre for Earth Science Studies (CESS) and University of Kerala in projects including Preparation of State Of the Environment (SOE) report and Environmental Education and Training. Currently working as Coordinator in the consultancy division of ATE Group of Companies.
